Is Promeo a good fit for my business?
Promeo is built for solo founders and small teams growing a business they’ve already launched. If social posts keep slipping behind product work, it gives you one place to prepare, adapt, and schedule them. SaaS products and mobile apps are a natural fit, and other online businesses are welcome too.
Will this help me get customers, or just more views?
The goal is to help more people discover what you’ve built. Promeo makes consistent posting easier and shows available post metrics from supported platforms, so you can learn which content gets a response. Views alone don’t show whether someone becomes a customer: review signups and sales in your own app or website analytics alongside those results. Promeo doesn’t currently attribute sales to posts or guarantee customer growth.
What is a Project?
A Project is the home for one app, SaaS product, or other business. It keeps that business’s accounts, media, drafts, scheduled posts, and voice together. If you’re building more than one product, give each its own Project so their content stays separate.
Which platforms can I post to?
Connect TikTok, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, Facebook Pages, Bluesky, LinkedIn, Discord, Mastodon, Telegram, X, and Pinterest. LinkedIn publishes to member profiles; Discord uses server channels, Telegram uses channels, and Pinterest uses boards.
Can I publish photos, videos, and text?
Yes, where your selected platforms support them. Create a photo post, upload a short video, or write a text-only post. Pinterest supports single-image Pins; YouTube turns photo posts into short videos. Promeo checks each destination’s requirements before publishing.
How far ahead can I schedule posts?
You can schedule posts up to 90 days ahead. Use the calendar to review what’s going out across your accounts and adjust the timing when plans change.
How can the built-in AI tools help?
Get an editable caption draft using your Project’s audience, tone, and product details. You can also create reusable character images with Personas, make other images, and try variations or edits. Bring your own images and videos whenever you prefer. You stay in control of the post; AI video generation, automatic slideshows, and ongoing content-generation automations are not available in this release.
Can I adapt a post for each channel?
Start with shared copy and media, then customize the caption, media, comments, or available settings for individual accounts. Preview each destination before you publish or schedule.
What can an AI assistant do with Promeo?
Connect a compatible assistant through MCP, or use the REST API for a custom integration. It can read your Project’s brand details and 50 most recent posts, help revise saved captions, and adjust the timing of already-scheduled posts. Post edits require your approval. Choose which Projects it can access and give it read-only or editing permissions. Agents cannot currently create posts, upload media, schedule a draft, or publish immediately. Which assistant integrations are planned?
We plan to support OpenClaw, Hermes, Muse, Claude, Codex, and ChatGPT. These named integrations are planned, with no release dates announced. MCP and REST API access are available now; MCP clients need to support a remote HTTP connection with an API key in a custom Authorization header. The docs cover setup and current capabilities.
